Necroscope: Shaithis the Chosen

Necroscope fanart: Shaithis was the leader of the Vamphyri lords on Starside. He was the most cunning and most powerful out of the lords. His army was the greatest and his mastery of the vampiric morphism created creatures was unrivaled by the other lords. He was also the most evil of the lords. the things I read this guy did were twisted and shocking. His face was often slightly muzzled more than a common vampire but not to a gratuitous extent of looking like a dog completely.
